Story and Theme Development

With the benefit of our Case Analysis System and jury research, we concentrate our communication consultation on the critical themes, story, and strategic pressure points that strongly position your case. Using our Framing methodology, we identify the primary focus of the case and then, using our 8-Point Case Story Structure, we identify each of the evidence and testimony elements needed to tell the strongest story. For this, we identify the important context or background elements needed, the chronology of events that creates the most significant impact, and the tutorials, demonstrative graphics, or educational pieces that help the judge and jury understand and retain your case.  Finally, we analyze and strategically use the opposing side’s evidence and arguments to bolster your case while linking our cohesive narrative to the desired verdict questions and answers.
