Michelle Rey LaRocca

Senior Trial Consultant

Michelle leverages her years as a practicing attorney, communication background, and teaching experience in her consulting practice.

Michelle specializes in designing, moderating, and analyzing data from mock trials and focus groups to provide clients with recommendations on litigation strategy. She also assists clients with trial and jury selection, including drafting juror questionnaires and analyzing responses, developing voir dire questions, and consulting during jury selection to provide advice and recommendations for strike decisions. Michelle serves as the current Vice President of the American Society of Trial Consultants. She also volunteers with Canine Companions and supports the Northern California Innocence Project.

Michelle graduated cum laude with a JD from UC Law San Francisco and earned her BA, also cum laude, with a double major in Communication and Italian Studies, from Santa Clara University.
