In-Court Monitoring

In-Court Monitoring involves our physical presence in the courtroom for key portions or the entirety of a trial. This allows us to provide instantaneous feedback on, for instance, opposing counsel’s opening statement or the performance of our side’s or opposing side’s witnesses. We can also observe the jurors for indications of how receptive they are to either side’s story. With this information, we provide can recommendations on the fly to our clients and immediate advice about subtle or significant changes to strategies for direct and cross examination and refocusing or refining the case story. It also allows us to see firsthand and assess the momentum of each side’s case. Information that is harder to glean from daily reports.
